ELMM Self-Care and Goals Quiz Competition Rules

Eligibility:

  • The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

  • Participants must complete the ELMM Self-Care and Goals Quiz to enter.

  • Employees of ELMM Coaching and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:

  • Complete the ELMM Self-Care and Goals Quiz by 11:59 PM PST on January 2, 2025.

  • Optional: Share your quiz results or insights on LinkedIn or Instagram and tag ELMM Coaching to double your chances of winning.

Prizes:

  • Grand Prize: A 60-minute coaching session with ICF-Certified Executive Coach, Cassie Leonard. This session will be conducted virtually and must be scheduled and completed within 6 months of the award date. One winner will be selected and informed via email and newsletter announcement by January 31, 2025. The recipient has the option to gift the prize to another eligible adult, provided it is coordinated in advance with ELMM Coaching.

  • First Place Prizes: Signed copies of STEM Moms and the STEM Moms Companion Workbook. Two winners will be selected and informed via email and newsletter announcement by January 31, 2025. Recipients may gift their prize to another eligible adult, if coordinated in advance with ELMM Coaching.

  • Winners will receive a code to order their prize directly from the elmmcoaching.com website at no cost. This will ensure recipients can provide their mailing address and any preferences regarding signatures.

Selection Process

  1. Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries.

  2. Participants who share their results and tag ELMM Coaching on social media will receive one additional entry (maximum 2 entries per eligible participant).

  3. Winners will be announced in the January ELMM Coaching Newsletter and contacted via the email address provided during quiz submission.

Rules for Social Media Sharing

  1. Posts must be public to be eligible for the additional entry.

  2. Participants must tag ELMM Coaching accurately and include insights related to the quiz results.

General Rules

  1. Only one quiz entry per person will be counted towards eligibility.

  2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.

  3. By entering the competition, participants consent to their names being used for promotional purposes in connection with this contest.

  4. ELMM Coaching reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, or violate the competition rules.

Deadlines

  1. Entries close at 11:59 PM PST on January 2, 2025.

  2. Winners will be notified by January 31, 2025.

Privacy

All personal information provided during entry will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with ELMM Coaching's privacy policy.
