ELMM Coaching cohorts are designed for accomplished, curious, possibly overstretched mid-career women.
Over three months, you’ll connect, learn, and experience meaningful peer-to-peer coaching.

We meet virtually twice a month for three months. Cohorts typically run early evening on a consistent weekday that works for that group’s busy calendars.
Conversations are guided by an ICF-certified coach, with engaging content, peer-to-peer coaching, and space for the cohort to learn and grow together.
ELMM Coaching is committed to equitable access. If cost is a barrier, you’re invited to apply for a scholarship.

Three 30-minute peer coaching sessions to exchange perspectives and support your progress
A custom 50-page workbook with exercises, reflection prompts, and tools you can revisit

A deeper understanding of your character strengths, what energizes you, and how to put those insights into practice
Practical experiments between sessions to test ideas and build momentum
