Definition of Contributions
For the purposes of this Agreement, "Contributions" refers to all materials, including but not limited to personal stories, ideas, content, and suggestions shared during collaboration or brainstorming sessions.

The Project

This collaborative work, referred to as the "Project," includes but is not limited to paperback and ebook formats, related marketing materials, and potential future adaptations, such as audiobooks, translations, and subsequent editions.

Grant of Rights
In exchange for the opportunity to participate in the Project, I grant ELMM Press (“Publisher”) and its assigns, licensees, and successors the non-exclusive right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, and incorporate any Contributions I make to the Project. The Publisher may use all or part of these Contributions in any form, medium, or format, including but not limited to print, digital, electronic, promotional, or advertising materials, granted worldwide and in perpetuity. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Use of Name or Anonymity

I give the Publisher permission to use my name or a pseudonym with my Contributions, based on my choice below. I understand that I can request that my Contributions remain anonymous, or the Publisher may choose to anonymize them at their discretion. I agree that I do not need to review or approve how my Contributions are used in the Project.

Release of Claims
I release the Publisher and its assigns, licensees, and successors from any claims related to the use of my Contributions, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright. I acknowledge that I have no ownership rights in the Project and that the Publisher is not obligated to use any of the Contributions provided.

No Compensation
I understand and agree that I will receive no monetary payment, royalties, or other compensation for the use of my Contributions as described in this Agreement.
